  • Day 1: Transfer to Lake Mburo

    The first day of the safari you will be picked by the wild escort safaris trusted driver from either the airport or hotel and travel to Lake Mburo national park in western Uganda. You will have a break in the journey at Uganda’s equator situated along Masaka main road and take photos for remembrance of this amazing place. Lunch will be served at a reserved hotel in Lake Mburo rest for a few hours then proceed for a game drive. You will encounter a variety of wildlife species such as Burchell zebras, impala, common Erands, warthogs, hippos, jackal and over 300 bird species. Return for a night sleep at the accommodation

  • Day 2: Morning Game Drive - Boat Cruise at Lake Bunyonyi

    After a morning meal, you will head for a morning game drive through the savannah in search for the wild animals in this park. Luckily you will get a chance to see abundant early risers you will have missed during the first game drive. Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi situated between Kabale and kisoro which derived its name after possession of many small birds. Lunch will be served in kabale town and then do a boat cruise on Lake Bunyonyi where you will get a clear view of the magnificent islands and a variety of bird species. Retire for a night at the reserved.

  • Day 3: Gorilla Trekking - Community Walk

    You will have breakfast in the early morning and travel to Mgahinga national park for a gorilla trekking session which will start with a briefing at the park headquarters at 8:30am and you will be subjected to a group of 8 members. Then ascend to the jungle in search of the gentle gorillas, to learn how they adopt to life in the forest such as how they feed, mate, construct their shelter, look after the young ones and this is always a one hour experience after the encounter of this species. Packed lunch will be taken while in the forest and it’s advisable to dress appropriately in trekking attires such as long trousers, gumboots, long sleeved shirts among others. In the evening you head for a community walk and encounter the great Batwa group of people and then return for a night stay.

  • Day 4: Transfer to Ishasha – Game Drive

    After a meal at dawn, you will transfer to ishasha in Queen Elizabeth national park passing via the amazing beautiful impenetrable bwindi forest in south western Uganda. Lunch will be taken in kihihi town then detour to observe its urban setting. You will reach in the early evening and head for an evening game drive where you will encounter numerous wildlife species such as the African elephants, buffaloes, jackals, oribis, Jackson Harte beast, giraffes, warthogs, lions, leopards and abundant bird species. Return to the accommodation for a night stay.

  • Day 5: Morning Game Drive - Boat Cruise

    Meal at dawn, you will head for a second game drive in the morning to places you don’t go to during the first game drive Queen Elizabeth has much to offer such as a visit to Mweya peninsular, kyambura gorge, kalinzu, the volcanic cones like Lake Katwe. Return for lunch and then you will head for a boat cruise at Kazinga channel to kill the fatigue obtained from the drive.

    You will be exposed to the sea breeze and encounter a number of aquatic wildlife such as hippopotamus, Nile crocodiles, aquatic birds and other mammals quenching their thirsty at the banks. Return for an overnight at the hotel.

  • Day 6: Drive to Ishasha – Transfer to Kibale

    Morning meal at the hotel, you will descend to the southern sector in Ishasha in search of the tree climbing lions. Luckily you can spot the lion sporting the mane in the plain grass or resting in the fig trees. You will return for lunch and transfer to Kibale national park the best destination for Chimpanzees in Uganda where you will reach in the evening refresh, have dinner and retire for a night.

  • Day 7: Chimpanzee Trekking

    Take a morning meal at the lodge, you will head to the park headquarters to meet the park guide for a short briefing, then put in a group of 8 members were you will do a 2 – 6hour tracking and a 1 hour interaction when you find the chimps. During the tracking, there will be an additional adventure since you will encounter other primates like red and black colobus monkey, black and white colobus, vervet monkeys, grey cheeked mangabey among others this is a whole day experience in the forest. Return to the lodge for a night sleep.

  • Day 8: Community Walk, Cultural Activities in Fort Portal

    A meal at the lodge, then you will go for a community walk involving a fantastic travel walk visiting the Bakiga and Batooro local communities. You will experience a dance session enjoying the themes of the Ekitagururo in dancing to accordance of the theme, walk through the coffee, tea and banana plantations giving you a clue of how crops are grown. After lunch at the accommodation transfer to fort portal town, you will visit the Amabere ga nyina mwiri in the image of ladies breasts, the crater lakes, karambi royal tombs and also make a city tour in fort portal town. The night will be spent in fort portal town.

  • Day 9: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

    Take early tea, and travel to Murchison falls national park taking a glimpse of the glamorous mountain Rwenzori in south western Uganda. It’s a long journey while heading North West of Uganda. You will have lunch in Masindi town detour around masindi to observe the urban settings. Pass via Budongo; Karuma falls where you will hear the sound of water dropping with a thunderous sound to Murchison. Check in at the reserved accommodation and retire for a night.

  • Day 10: Game Drive – Boat Cruise

    After a morning meal, you will head for a morning game drive in the North of Paara. Expect to encounter the big five mammals, Ugandan kob, warthogs, cape buffaloes, duikers, among others. Return to the lodge for lunch and drop off to Murchison falls for a boat cruise. Expect to see Nile crocodiles, hippopotamus, bird species like the king fisher, African jacana and the African elephants spotted at the banks. Drive back to the accommodation for a night stay.

  • Day 11: Transfer to Jinja

    After a cup of coffee, descend to Jinja town passing via karuma falls and the amazing greenery of Budongo forest. Lunch will be served in Mbale town were you will taste some of the local cuisines. Travel to Jinja reaching in the evening hours, Detour around and retire for the night.

  • Day 12: Activities in Jinja (white water rafting)

    Early in the morning, you will have breakfast and head for a white water rafting. This involves experiencing different grades from grade 1 up to grade 5. This activity will give you a best water experience where you will scream more out of excitement. It gets tougher each grade you reach and more fun you experience. It’s a half day experience but after lunch you will head to the source of the Nile. Head back for a night stay.

  • Day 13: Transfer to Kampala

    After a cup of tea, transfer back to Kampala your starting point of the journey. You will check in at a hotel or head straight to the airport.
