3 Days Murchison Falls National Park

The first day of the safari you will be picked by wild escort safaris trained driver at either the airport or a hotel in Kampala. Then descend to Murchison fall national park where you will have a stopover at Zziwa rhino sanctuary to do Rhino tracking. Lunch will be served in Masindi town, also observe its urban setting. Enter the park in the evening hours to the reserved hotel rest for a few hours.You will then proceed for an evening game drive expect to encounter a variety of wild beasts such as the Roth’s giraffe, cape buffalo, African elephant, Jackson hartebeest, warthogs, kobs, oribis, hippopotamus among others. After breakfast, head out for a full day of game viewing drive in this dry semi-arid park with its striking background view of the Mathew’s Range. The surrounding terrain is renowned for rare game, -long necked gerenuk, Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, and the Beisa Oryx. Leopard is the frequent passer-by. Drive through the gently flowing Uaso Nyiro river which traverses this Park provides evergreen vegetation for the wildlife found in this park. Game drives and bird watching safaris are the ideal way to experience the native wildlife in its natural splendor. Dinner and overnight at your camp / lodge.

Meal at dawn, you head for a nature walk in the famous Budongo forest for an amazing nature walk in the Jungle where you will encounter variety of bird species, primate species like monkeys, chimps, observe different and rare tree species . Have lunch at Zziwa rhino sanctuary and head back to Kampala or the airport.End of safari
